Shipment Process
- All orders will be packaged within 1-3 business days.
- Domestic orders typically take 2-5 business days to be delivered after drop off at carrier.
- International orders typically take 30 business days to be delivered. In some cases customs may delay the shipment for a longer period of time due to covid-19.
- Orders are shipped via USPS from our headquarters in Vienna, VA
- Please expect delays during and after holidays, sales and special events.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- All orders shipped internationally are final sale. We are not responsible for shipment delays, lost packages, or customs issues. International customers assumes all risk and responsibilities of orders shipped outside of the United States of America.
